Midway Run and
Walk 2008 Results
Thank you
to everyone who participated as a runner, walker, or donor to our 14th
Run and Walk benefiting the Midway Shelter for Abused Women and Children!
Our final count is not completed but you efforts raised about $6,500 for the
Midway Shelter.
It was a
record year with 244 registered participants. We had 150 runners and
about 80 walkers. The free kids run was by
far our largest with at least 30 participants. You can see from the
pictures below this event has been really growing over the years. You can
see pictures like these and more at Ed Jay’s web site below. Ed
will send you copies of your favorite pictures and donate 10% of the proceeds
to the Midway Shelter. More information is on his web site.
